Why Explore Nature in a Bigger Way?

We can go outside to recreate but miss the connection altogether. The purpose of the human life is to merge with the One-ness, that is the invisible root of interconnectedness. When nature is approached with humility and openness, its pure state is received. True Nature does not throw up any resistance, any imperfections, any illusions. It is an expression of the raw state of the universe, which is always true.

There are so many benefits to abiding in nature in this simple way. Here is a simple list to contemplate. What resonates with you?

  • Energetic aliveness.
  • Mental clarity.
  • Enhanced intuitive abilities.
  • Humility and a true sense of vulnerability.
  • Reverence and gratitude, and a sense of oneness with ‘other’ life forms.

So what’s stopping you from exploring nature in a bigger way? Can you make a list of all the reasons stopping you from expanding your edges in nature, and then simply light it on fire? Your true nature is to expand into the fullness of awareness, so just trusting in this. Whatever is being noticed, is in fact your edge. So notice it fully and you will dissolve those boundaries to find yourself free to be yourself in Nature, as Nature. There you may find yourself dancing outside in a very Big way.

How Change Happens

I want to take this moment to reflect on what it means to live out a true potential, or calling. So to speak from this experience (I am having), there has been for many years a yearning for developing a good offering, utilizing my unique gifts. There is a readiness factor that has taken time to develop. You could say I’ve been carrying anxiety along the way, and chomping at the bit.

But there has grown this understanding that change happens in context. So I had to ask myself, what needed to happen in order for my true offering to come into existence? There has been a long road of practical application in my life, but that is due to the fact that what is longed for here, is not the usual cookie cutter approach. There is a true uniqueness to the consciousness that is wanting to be expressed here, through the larger presence that isn’t even personal.

The building of infrastructure must take place in order to support what is intending to manifest. A house cannot stand without a foundation. So the key operative here is patience, forbearance, and perseverance. Get up every day and face what life presents.

Begining with the Rite of Passage

If the ultimate freedom is to recognize the simple truth in nature, then where is the invitation for this?

We are always welcome to consider the possibility of deepening our awareness beyond the “apparent” reality. In true reality, this is how all our most intimate connections are discovered. Hence, “All are my relations”.

Although it is not a requirement for anyone, One may choose at any time to wake up the sense of a separate individual upon which this rediscovery of One’s true self can be made.

In traditional indigenous cultures around the world (all our ancestors), there would come a time in a person’s life that this realization would be ushered in through a ceremonious passage out of the immature state and into the state of clear seeing. Jon young shares a volume of story telling on these cultural indigenous attributes of connection called “Seeing through Native Eyes”.

In our journey towards wholeness and interconnectedness with nature, we offer the possibility of a rite of passage into the state of clear seeing through an organic process of coming together in nature, practicing a set of experiential core routines, with a lead-in to a supported severance from that community into the solo state of clear recognition, or the realization of One’s natural state.

Which way do I always go?

Which way do I always go? It is the reactive tendency that moves our attention towards thought, towards speech, towards action, ultimately towards separation from a present moment awareness to life as it unfolds.

How does one come to know life in this way and function continually from an unlimited perspective?

The need for analysis is not useful here. It is in the falling back, in the staying as the unlimited perspective, as the knowing rather than the known, where the true perspective can be realized.

It is the unknown, exactly what is not seen when looking from a limited perspective. But nothing is ever missing because the unlimited reality has always been here, is always true and all encompassing of what is. It is what I am. It is what You are.

The known is observable within the framework of the unknowable, which is truth, which is existence, which is wholeness, which is unchanging, which is here, now, everywhere, as your eternal presence, that which notices the dynamic flow of life unfolding… as the great mystery.

So is there anything to do about this ever changing reality?…. , Perhaps not as a doer, but as the changeless participant of the changing. From the perspective of the whole, is change itself an embodiment of the happenings of the unmanifest becoming the manifest.

How change arises, and the perceived need for its arousal comes to the fore as a creative force opening into life. A flower, a tree, a newborn opening its eyes for the first time. Change comes, not as a grasping for differences, but as the fulfillment of desire.

The fulfillment is in the felt sense of deepening into the unknown, but in fact is more accurately termed as a falling away, a shedding of the layers that illusify a longing for the known, that of separation, which is the limited perspective acting as if it is the limitless knower. From the true perspective of fullness, limitation is an observable experience, occurring inside the limitless.
